For Sale €850.000,00 Euro - Building plot, Finca
Are you looking for an investment opportunity in Majorca? Or you want to buy a large rural plot of land to build several houses there? With your own vineyard? Do you value a quiet location and the proximity to a place? Then these 5 finca plots can be exactly what you are looking for.
The land for sale here is farmland and partly accessible via an asphalted small road. The plots are completely flat and partly surrounded by natural stone walls. On two plots stands an old former house, partly in ruinous condition. There is a well on one plot of land. The development can take place with detached single-family houses with two floors and a pool. The covered area may amount to 1% of the plot size. The constructed area 2% and the covered area also 2%. For the power supply, the respective installation of a solar system with batteries for storing the electricity and a generator as a backup is recommended. Three of the plots have their own vineyard.
From all properties you can enjoy a wonderful view to the Tramuntana – the mountain train in the north-west of the island, to Mount Randa near Llucmajor and to the “local mountain” of Felanitx, the San Salvador, with its former monastery on the summit.
Arrange a non-binding visit and take a look at this investment opportunity. Then it is up to you how we proceed. It’s worth it.
Felanitx is a municipality in the east of the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. It has about 18,000 inhabitants. The proportion of foreigners in the municipality is approx. 16%. The main town of the same name lies to the west at the foot of the “Serres de Llevant” mountain range. Further villages are scattered over the almost 170 km² large municipal area.
The port of Porto Colom is worth mentioning. Felanitx itself includes the formerly independent villages of Son Prohen, Son Valls, Son Mesquida and Son Negre. On Sundays a very extensive market invites you to stroll.
Felanitx is the birthplace of the visual artist Miquel Barceló Artigues (designed a chapel in the cathedral of Palma de Mallorca) and Guillem Sagrera sculptor, builder and architect of the Gothic period. Felanitx also claims to be the birthplace of the navigator Christopher Columbus. A aristocrat should be accompanied by a maidservant…. Leaving Felanitx in the direction of Campos, one sees a small hill to the right of the road, just after the gym at the end of the village. And at its foot, in a house partly built in the rocks, yes, there he saw the light of day. So at least the representations here.
A few kilometres south-east of Felanitx, on Mount Puig de Sant Salvador, very popular with cyclists, lies the Santuari de Sant Salvador Monastery, founded in 1342, and the ruins of the Santueri Castle on another mountain peak of the Serres de Llevant.
